This is my second time coming here and they have been so accommodating with my orders and how fast I need it. Like my most recent time they took under less than 24 hours to complete an engraving and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Highly recommend their engraving services. Updated Review: I left a 5 star review 3 years ago when I first came to the store and 3 years later I wish I could give them 5 more stars because not only do they consistently exceed my expectations but they are the most friendly, personable people to work with. Their design and back of operations team are one of the best. With such impeccable attention to detail plus reasonable pricing, I am so glad to have discovered them 3 years ago.

I was greatly assisted by Yvette and her team this morning for a watch battery replacement. She was great, the store was amazingly clean and beautiful. My sister found Shawn on 327 Facebook. Our mother had passed away, leaving many jewelry items. We made an appointment with Shawn, and he patiently and expertly helped us to sort it all. He turned a very daunting task for us, into an enjoyable, relaxing, informative visit and forged a new relationship. We had a number of visits with Shawn, he purchased items from us, we purchased items from him, and he even sourced an exact diamond and made the setting to match a single diamond earring (that we never found the mate to). He also custom made new items for us, utilizing portions of our mother's, our grandmother's, and even our great grandmother's estates! Shawn is the only jeweler we will work with now. We really appreciate this family (generational) owned business, and their commitment to providing quality products and services!
