Shawn Przeclawski is the proud owner of Monarch Jewelry, where he continues the family tradition as a third-generation jeweler. Prior to succeeding his father and founder of Monarch, John Przeclawski, Shawn served six years in the US Army, as part of the Signal Corps. With a graduate gemologist degree from GIA and a wealth of experience, Shawn is an exceptional jeweler specializing in antique jewelry, period pieces, colored stones, and diamonds. He is not only a skilled jeweler but also an award-winning jewelry designer, recognized for his exceptional creations. Outside of the jewelry world, Shawn enjoys spending quality time with his wife, four children, and their beloved dog. His hobbies include raising chickens, fishing, and skiing. With a deep commitment to craftsmanship and personalized service, Shawn carries on the legacy of Monarch Jewelry, providing clients with exquisite, timeless pieces that hold sentimental value for years to come.

Miguel Sarmiento

Miguel is an experienced goldsmith with over 20 years of experience in the jewelry industry. He began his career as a repair metalsmith in Goldsboro, North Carolina, honing his skills before moving on to high-end custom jewelry. For the last three years, Miguel has been a key member of the Monarch Jewelry team, where he brings his passion for quality and detail to every piece he creates. Miguel's collaboration with Monarch on a stunning piece of jewelry earned us international recognition with a 1st place honor presented by the International Jewelers Organization (IJO). Beyond his work at the bench, Miguel enjoys fishing for the perfect redfish and exploring the outdoors. We are fortunate to have Miguel as part of our team at Monarch Jewelry, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate with him in creating beautiful, timeless pieces for our clients.

Ismar Marrero

Ismar's journey began in Santy-Spiritus, Cuba, where he pursued a career as an industrial engineer. However, his true passion for goldsmithing emerged when he learned the craft from his civil engineering professor, which ultimately led him to pursue new opportunities in the United States. Ismar moved to Houston, Texas in 2014 and after completing a rigorous two-year training under the guidance of Raul Hims, he decided to settle in Orlando, Florida. In 2016, Ismar became an integral part of the Monarch Jewelry team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. Beyond his work at the bench, Ismar cherishes the precious moments spent with his wife and two children. With his exceptional craftsmanship and dedication, Ismar has become an invaluable member of our team, bringing a unique perspective to every piece he creates.

Francisco Sarmiento

Armando Silva

Armando is a second-generation goldsmith, originally from Puerto Rico. He learned the art of goldsmithing from his father at a young age, and over the years, he has become a master of his craft. After leaving the island, Armando settled in New York for a time before eventually making his way to Florida. Over the course of his 40-year career, he has built up an impressive repertoire of skills, including fabrication, assembly, stone setting, and wax carving. Armando is a true artisan who takes great pride in his work and his dedication to his craft is evident in every piece he creates. In his off time, Armando enjoys taking on home improvement projects and spending time with his family. His commitment to quality extends beyond the workshop and into his personal life, making him a valued member of our community.
