Beija joined our team in 2021, and her innate talent propelled her skills forward at an impressive pace. Monarch Jewelry recognized her potential and invested in her development, sending her to several advanced skill classes. Now, Beija produces stunning designs, defying the stereotype that goldsmiths are predominantly male. Her proficiency spans various areas of jewelry making, from in-house casting to hand fabrication, stone setting, and laser engraving. A proud UCF alumna with a BFA in Fine Arts and Sculpture, Beija has found her passion in crafting intricate pieces. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband in Orlando, indulging in their shared love for nature, gardening, and outdoor adventures.
